- 2 1/2 c. flour (part whole wheat is good)
- 1 c. yogurt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
- Blend together the other ingredients except nuts.
- Combine both mixtures without over mixing.
- Add chopped nuts.
- Fry spoonfuls of mixture on a hot greased griddle.
