1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 banana cut into chunks and/or 1 chopped apple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk
METHOD
1. Place everything in blender container.
2. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
3. Next morning blend until smooth and serve.
