Chocolate Wine Bread

 

 INGREDIENTS

Place all the ingredients from top to bottom in the same order into your bread machine.

2 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup (70 ml) red wine
1 cup (200 ml) water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread (Manitoba) flour
1/2 cup rye flour
(total 480 gr.combined flours)
4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. dry yeast

PROCEDURE
When all the Chocolate Wine Bread ingredients are in the bread machine, activate the program “3” or other program for wholewheat bread (the whole process of rising and baking usually takes around 3 1/2 hrs.)
