This recipe uses a regular (125 gr.) yogurt container as a measuring cup.
- 1 container soft butter
- 2 containers sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla (or 1 packet of vanilla powder)
- 4 containers flour sifted with 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 containers of strawberry, vanilla or any yogurt of your choice
- Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour alternating with the yogurt until well blended.
- Fill paper cupcake liners 2/3 full with the mixture.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar or decorate as desired.
