Decorated Yogurt Cupcakes

This recipe uses a regular (125 gr.) yogurt container as a measuring cup.

  • 1 container soft butter
  • 2 containers sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (or 1 packet of vanilla powder)
  • 4 containers flour sifted with 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 containers of strawberry, vanilla or any yogurt of your choice
  1. Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour alternating with the yogurt until well blended.
  4. Fill paper cupcake liners 2/3 full with the mixture.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool and dust with powdered sugar or decorate as desired.
