A small head of lettuce
a small avocado, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice
1 apple cored and unpeeled (if organic), thinly sliced
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
salt and pepper
1. Tear up the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
2. Arrange the apple and avocado slices on top.
3. Sprinkle blueberries and pomegranate seeds over all.
4. Season and serve.
