Easy Super Health Loaf


1 1/2 cups (150 gr.) oatmeal (uncooked)
1 cup (125 gr.) sunflower seeds
1/2 cup (90 gr.) flax seeds
1/2 cup (75 gr.) chopped almonds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. gomasio
3 tbsp. sesame seed oil
3 tbsp. maple syrup
2 1/2 cups cold water


1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Mix the 2 1/2 cups water with the maple syrup and add to the dry ingredients mixing well.
3. Pack the mixture into a wax paper lined loaf pan.
4. Cover and let it rest overnight (10-15 hrs.).
5. The next day sprinkle the loaf with 2 tbsp. water and bake in a preheated 370deg F (180deg C) oven for about 40-45 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and cool the loaf.
7. Serve sliced with a topping of your choice, sweet or savory.
