Our group looking for herbs in the Oltrepo’ countryside near the Boscasso farm

The fruits of labor put to use – Wild herbs with avocado and fresh goat’s cheese (produced on the farm) and a strawberry sauce.

Risotto with artichokes, cauliflower, ginger, ribwort plantain and “silene” (catchfly) herbs

Chocolate dessert with fresh goat’s cheese and cream, topped with “edera dei prati”, yarrow (achillea), wild candied sage and hawthorne flowers
