INGREDIENTS
Freshly squeezed juice of one large orange
2-3 tbsp chia seeds
80 gr. dark chocolate (melted together with the coconut oil in a small double boiler)
2 tsp coconut oil
PROCEDURE
1. In a small bowl stir the chia seeds into the orange juice.
2. Cover bowl and set aside for about 1/2 an hour.
3. When mixture is thickened place a spoonful into small silicone moulds (as seen in the picture).
4. Cover and freeze until firm (2-3 hours).
5. Quickly unmould the chia/orange bites and quickly dip them into the melted chocolate (with two forks).
6. Place them in a covered wax paper lined tray. Cool well to harden and store the Chia bites in the fridge.
