Mini Almond Pear Loaves

INGREDIENTS:

The ingredients are the same as the previous month’s Mini Pumpkin Loaves, except substitute 2/3 cup of pureed pears with the pumpkin puree. If you wish you can omit the spices and add grated lemon rind to emphasise more the pear flavor. 1/2 cup of chocolate chips are great here too. Cover the loaves (or loaf) with slices of pear and sliced almonds.
