1/2 cup oats (uncooked oatmeal)
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
toppings your choice: berries, chopped nuts, sliced bananas, protein powder, 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil etc.
Mix all the ingredients together except topping in a covered container. Next morning mix again and serve. Add your preferred topping if you desire.
