ripe juicy pears, thinly sliced
balsamic vinegar glaze (in a squeeze bottle)
Optional: Bruschette or toasted bread slices
1. Place your sliced pears on a lightly oiled alluminum covered cookie sheet.
2. Cover with a small slice of gorgonzola cheese.
3. Place under the grill until cheese melts (1 or 2 minutes, be careful not to burn).
4. Remove from oven and squiggle a little balsamic glaze over top. Serve immediately.
TIP: great on a bruschetta
