INGREDIENTS for two large servings
1 small kiwi, chopped
1/2 peeled and chopped cucumber
1/2 cup raspberries
2 small celery stalks, chopped
1 small fennel bulb, chopped
1 chopped organic apple
juice of one or two small limes
1 small piece of crushed and chopped ginger (or juice of crushed ginger)
1 cup of coconut or mineral water
PROCEDURE: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a sprig of mint.
TIP: Add 2-3 tsp. Spirulina powder to add more detoxifying and energising properties.
