Super Green Mint Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (one serving)

1 and 1/2 cups of almond milk (or a milk of your choice)
1 heaping tsp. of Spirulina powder
1 heaping tsp. hemp (or other) protein powder
1 handful of fresh mint leaves torn apart into pieces
juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 small banana
1 – 2 tbsp. honey, agave or maple syrup
OPTIONAL: 1/2 small avocado


Very simple: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately
