1 cup fresh greens (lettuce, romaine, baby spinach, cabbage)
1 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1 chopped apple (seeds removed as they can be toxic) or pear
1/2 lemon squeezed
1-2 cups almond, rice or oatmeal milk
optional: a handful of chopped nuts, 1 T. whey protein powder, honey, 1 T. oatmeal
1. Place greens in the bottom of the blender.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Blend for a couple of minutes and serve immediately.
