Kale Stir Fry Pasta

This delicious kale stir fry pasta makes a perfect one dish meal. Kale (cavolo riccio in Italian) by now we know as a superfood, contains countless minerals and phytonutrients. It has a rich but delicate taste that doesn’t come through as too “cabbagey”. I used practically no salt in this stir fry as the flavours are perfect the way they are.
