Three Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (two servings)

1 cup almond or other vegetable milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 banana
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1-2 tbsp. honey


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Decorate with extra blueberries, fresh mint and an edible flower if desired.
