300gr. trimmed and cooked green beans
A few cherry tomatoes
6 hardboiled eggs
A medium sized can of tuna
A few fresh basil leaves
1. Arrange the green beans on a serving plate.
2. Place halved cherry tomatoes in the middle.
3. Arrange a row of halved hardboiled eggs around the edge.
4. Place a piece of basil leaf on each egg.
5. Drizzle plate with a mixture of 3 T. olive oil, 1 T. vinegar, salt, pepper.
