INGREDIENTS (for each serving)
CRUST: 2 whole wheat or digestive biscuits
FILLING: Juice of one lime
1 small banana (or 1/2 large)
1/2 medium avocado
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey (optional)
PROCEDURE
1. Pulverize the biscuits in a food processor
2. Press the crumbs on the bottom and sides of each individual serving bowl.
3. Place all the filling ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Pour mixture over the crumbs and serve.
Tip: You can add or substitute part of the whole wheat biscuits with amaretti.
