INGREDIENTS for two
Blend together in a blender:
juice of two limes
1 banana (1/2 large)
1 small avocado or 1/2 large
1-2 tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
2 tsp. grated coconut (optional)
1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
OPTIONAL: a sprig of mint for decoration
Serve as soon as possible (under an hour or it might turn brown)
