Raspberries and Roses Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (two servings)

1 cup of almond (or other vegetable milk)
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 sliced banana
1/2 sliced apple
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1-2 tbsp. honey
pinch of edible dried rose petals

PROCEDURE
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Decorate with a raspberry, a pinch of dried rose petals and a sprig of mint if you wish. For a heartier “breakfast version”
add a couple tablespoons of oatmeal.
