Salmon Summer Salad

Thinly sliced smoked salmon
Cooked shrimp
Tomato wedges
Shredded carrots
Thinly sliced, untreated oranges and lemons
Olive oil and vinegar (or lemon juice) to season

1. Create a mound of shredded lettuce on each plate.
2. Sprinkle the shredded carrots on top.
3. Sprinkle the shrimp over the top too.
4. Arrange the smoked salmon over the surface.
5. Decorate with the tomato wedges, and orange and lemon slices over the top.
6. Season as desired.
