Sesame Crusted Tuna Steaks

INGREDIENTS for each serving

1 slice of fresh tuna
1/4 cup seseme seeds
1/4 cup roughly grated bread crumbs
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
1/2 sliced fresh avocado
wedge of lemon

PROCEDURE

Lightly brush tuna slice with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine the sesame seeds and breadcrumbs. Coat the slice of tuna with this mixture while pressing it in firmly with your hands. Fry the slice in hot olive oil until golden turning it once (about 2-3 min. per side). Serve it with (or over) sliced avocado sprinkled with lemon juice.
Add a wedge of lemon to the plate.
